YOUNG PEOPLE

Teenage girls: our SORTED project

Reach provides support, advice and guidance to teenage girls through weekly sessions in a safe and welcoming environment.

Teenage girls can learn about a range of issues relevant to them, including relationships, self-esteem, managing stress, smoking and alcohol, personal safety, social media safety, family issues, managing money, crime and parenthood. Recent activities have also included a self-defence taster class and an introduction to mindfulness.

“Sorted provides a safe place to talk about any problems. Everyone one is really nice, its boosted my self confidence a lot”
