We have a conferencing centre and several rooms for hire in Gleadless Valley, most with disabled access.

Herdings Community and Heritage Centre is in the Herdings area of Gleadless Valley and was previously known as Herdings Youth Centre. This is a lovely building, the second oldest in Sheffield after Bishop's House. It was fully restored and opened as a community venue in November 2010. It has great bus links and a tram stop immediately behind. There are many rooms to this building of all sizes with recreational and tea and coffee facilities and a great outdoor area. The hire costs vary from 5.00 to 17.50 per hour.

The 189 Centre on Blackstock Road is in an ideal central location with local amenities, Gaunt Shops, and a bus terminus directly outside. It has a main ground floor space with disabled toilet and tea and coffee making facilities. There is also a smaller basement with its own access, toilet and tea and coffee making facilities which can be used as a creche. The cost for the hire of this is £15 per hour or £50 per four-hour session.
